Mr. Ian Robertson
Ian is the Chairman and CEO and of MedVoxel and the Senior Partner, Robertson Neil LLP, a Vancouver Law Firm specializing in corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. Former senior partner and executive committee member with the national law firm, Lang Michener LLP (now McMillan LLP.)
Over 40 years of experience, as legal advisor, director & CEO of numerous communications and technology companies, including cable TV, telephone, Internet and online security surveillance companies.
From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Robertson was President and CEO of Canadian Turbo Inc. / Pay Less Gas, then Canada’s fifth largest integrated refiner and retailer of petroleum products.
Formerly, President of DIVA Systems (Canada) Ltd, a subsidiary of Diva Systems Corporation , an interactive digital video-on- demand products and service provider based in Redwood City California.; Founder & CEO Ranger Online, Inc., internet piracy surveillance service Company, & Founder, Chairman, & CEO of Novus Communications Inc. a facilities based, full service telecommunications Company.
Currently, Founder & Chairman, FiberLynx Hosting (data center services); Founder and CEO of a2b Fiber Inc. (fiber optic networks), and Chairman, Telifon Communications Inc. (voice, video & internet service).
Ms. Grace Xian
Ms. Xian is the CFO of MedVoxel. She has B.Sc. Engineering (Management Information Diagnostics) and a Masters of Business Administration, Tsing University Beijing, PRC. She has held senior engineering and project management positions with China, USA and Canadian for government agencies and multi-national corporations including CFO and Senior Manager International Affairs, Premier Diversified Holdings Inc. Vancouver, B.C.
Mr. Charles Hsiao
Mr. Hsiao is the CTO and one of the co-founders of MedVoxel. For the past twenty years of professional life he has developed tremendous amount of knowledge, relationships and experience in medical industry from device vendors, hospitals to government project offices.
In early time of MedVoxel development, Mr. Hsiao played the important role to bridge the knowledge among MR science, medical practice and software development and developed into the very best solutions MedVoxel offers today.
Mr. Milan Veljovic
Mr. Veljovic is COO and one of the co-founders of MedVoxel. Mr. Veljovic has Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering and Specialization in Medical Informatics and he was working as chief engineer in Nuclear Medicine Institute in Europe. For the past 10 years he has been also managing multiple projects valued at $1M to $10M+ in both, private and public sectors. He is currently responsible for overall company operations as well as research and development activities ensuring that MedVoxel's products are constantly meeting the business needs.
Dr. Gordon Culham, MD
Dr. Culham is a senior cardiac radiologist in BC Children Hospital and a professor in UBC Medical School. Leading clinical expert on pediatric cardiac applications; Department of Radiology BC Children’s Hospital, Vancouver, B.C.
Ms. Yang Gang
Mr. Yang is President & Executive Director – China Operations, Beijing, PRC. He has an MBA, from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada and a B.A. Jilin University, China. 20 years Senior Project Manager in the PRC leading $10M+ projects in healthcare and government agencies; state and multi-national companies; 15 years’ experience in equipment and equity financing including over 7,000 hospitals as CEO of major fortune 500 financial services company in in China; extensive experience in business development, sales and marketing, risk and operations management, strategy and general management and strategic investment decisions.
